For Teen Dating Violence Awareness & Prevention Month, this webinar will highlight the work of Rights4Girls, a human rights organization focused on gender-based violence against young women and girls in the U.S. This interactive webinar will explore how the intersections of race, gender and violence cause our most marginalized girls to be criminalized for their experiences of sexual violence and sexual exploitation.

Cherice Hopkins is a Staff Attorney at Rights4Girls, a human rights organization committed to ending gender-based violence in the U.S., where her work includes research, education and advocacy. 

Rebecca Burney

Rights4Girls    

Rebecca is an Equal Justice Works Fellow at Rights4Girls, where she focuses on the intersection of female sexual abuse and juvenile justice system involvement in Washington, DC.  She has extensive experience working with survivors of sexual abuse.
