CanWaCH Public Engagement Research Findings: Using Shared Values and Beliefs to Engage Canadians
Thursday, August 17, 2017 5:00:00 PM UTC - 6:00:00 PM UTC
CanWaCH commissioned research in the Spring of 2017 with NATIONAL Public Affairs and IPSOS to help better understand Canadians’ perspectives on Canada’s investment in women and children’s health with a vision to empower Canadians to share in our mission and the work of our members. Using Shared Values and Beliefs to Engage Canadians: A Comprehensive Report provides meaningful data on how to effectively communicate with Canadians – what motivates them and where to access them. We’ll also explore trends in Canadians’ values, beliefs and behaviours since similar research was undertaken by CanWaCH in 2015. Through this exploration of the challenges and the opportunities in engaging with the Canadian public, CanWaCH is building the foundation to practically support our members in their public engagement efforts in the coming months and years.
